How To Enter
Beginning October 2011, go to RemoveUrine.com, click on the Facebook Share Button, then complete and submit the Entry form per the on-screen instructions, and you are entered in the RemoveUrine.com $100 Petsmart Gift Card Giveaway. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address. By entering the Giveaway, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials.  Contest will end without notice at the sole discretion of Remove Urine.

Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the U.S. who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Remove Urine Ltd., its affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate families and/or those living in the same household of each) are not eligible.

Random Drawing
A random drawing to select winners will be held on or about the 5th of each month from among all eligible entries received. The first drawing will be held December 5, 2011, and will continue monthly as long as the contest is in effect. Decisions of judges are final and binding. Winners will be notified via e-mail within ten (10) days after the drawing is held. Odds of being selected will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Prizes and Approximate Retail Value
The following monthly prize will be awarded: One (1) Petsmart Gift Card valued at $100 (retail value). All other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. ALL TAXES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER.

Conditions of Participation
Winner may forfeit prize if Remove Urine is unable to contact him or her within 7 days of first attempted notification. In such event, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.The prize is awarded without warranty of any kind from Remove Urine, express or implied, without limitation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Remove Urine, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Remove Urine and its agencies to use winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to hold Remove Urine, and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the Sweepstakes, even if caused or contributed to by the negligence of Remove Urine. Remove Urine is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. In the event any technical errors occur in the selection of winner and more prizes are claimed than the number of prizes being awarded as provided herein, Remove Urine reserves the right to award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants.

Remove Urine is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Remove Urine or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Remove Urine reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Remove Urine reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Remove Urine furthers reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. Caution: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Remove Urine reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.
